This time on my business card - put card in machine at well known bookshop - had to push extra hard which I thought was odd - but there is a bit of sticky tape on my card that I've not picked off ... It came up "Last attempt at pin" and then refused my pin number and my pin is now locked.
I have rung the bank and they can't see any problems with authorisations on the account, have made a note and told me how to unlock my pin.
How concerned should I be?
