Best resource to find cheapest car ins?

Does anyone know what is the greatest single resource to find the cheapest fully comp motor insurance? (over 25, under 75)?

And don't say the internet ; )

I've tried moneyworld (server error) and I never trust other websites that don't rank heavily with regular users here too much...

I've had fantastic results with these. Alternatively try an insurance broker on the high street. It's their job to beat what the average punter can get.

To our surprise a local insurance broker who deals with our house and business insurance got us a better price than we could get on line.

Get a list off the Internet. I large list. About 50 insurers. Then also a local list from yellow pages or whatever. Then sit one boring afternoon and call them all one by one.

Best results.
