Has anybody else have dealings with this unscrupulous debt collection company? Tactics involve: Using multiple debt collection companies at same time. Threatening to send bailiffs, bailiffs backed off after I visited their office. Twice threatened me with insolvency proceedings for a alleged debt of less than 100( minimum requirement 750) Saying alleged debts were assigned by deed contract on 17th on a letter dated 10th of same month (dates changed ) I have three different letters with different dates, same scenario. I have had multiple final demands. Harassment ? Writing to them produces the usual excuses; clerical error etc, then the cycle starts again. I have sent a letter by recorded delivery to the Vodafone who allege the debt ,they have failed to reply.

Yes. I've been unable to get any sort of response out of them.
In my case, it relates to charges which OTELO have ruled are not payable.
