In this day and age I find it very frustrating that it is not possible to update my mailing address either online or via the phone.
Is there some british regulation that prevents this or is just prehistoric policies of NatWest that this exists?
In the US if I cannot change my mailing address online I can sure as hell just ring up an officer and do it on the phone.
Why when they have passwords, pins and god knows what else can't this be done either other the phone or via a web site.
