Nationwide Changed My Address Without Telling Me

Citibank did something similar to me several years ago when they changed my address to that of another property which I owned, The strange thing is it was a commercial property which I had never occupied and had never used as a postal address. I've no idea how they could have found out that I was in any way connected with that address. I asked them why they did it and they said they would investigate. After several weeks they eventually told me they could find no explanation for what happened and offered me £100 in compensation.

Noticed I had not received a Statement for one of my Nationwide accounts made enquiries and found out they had changed my address to one which I had some 4 years ago without informing me!!!! despite the fact I have a mortgage and insurance with them at my "Current" address.

Explanation they Nationwide state they carry out random quality control checks and a member of staff found documentation with my previous address on it and decided to change my account details to the previous address (Doesn't seem a very plausible explanation to me) and have now sent my Statement and Members Voting pack to the said old address not very competent eh?.
