natwest are dinasours. I have several accounts I want to close but they are insisting I come into a brtanch to sigh a bit of paper. Why cant I do it online / phone like most other banks !! Surely they cant use the security argument as then they are inferring that online / phone banking is insecure !!
In this day and age I find it very frustrating that it is not possible
