... but don't assume they're the cheapesst... and our experience of a claim (for vandalism) wasn't at all expertly handled.

I think it was *them* trying to forget to pay up. I admit it wasn't the standdard problem, thus their droids couldn't cope. Had our tyres slashed... they wanted their tame garage to come and tow it away, obviously impossible from it's position in our drive and 4 flat tyres. So we had to arrange everything ourselves and then kept getting shuttled between their local office and headquarters, with demands for faxes etc... How many pensioners have a fax machine?
