It would appear that they've taken their system down for an upgrade for an entire business day. I tried doing a transfer at 0815 today and I've just called them to be told that they expect the system to be available after 5pm.
On top of that, a transfer scheduled for yesterday hasn't been processed so instead of hitting my current account tomorrow, it won't get there until Friday. I've told them I expect a CHAPS payment in my account tomorrow but I shan't hold my breath.
That incompetance is nothing! on 5th January 2006...yes last year I transferred 25k out of my current account into icici...... 25k moved to icici ok but it never came out of my current account! I know I should'nt complain but despite 3 emails and an admission by them that they agree with me the facts I still have not had any withdrawl from my current account.....and this is over a year later!

It never will be funds to which I have a right as I understand it. Despite my reasonableness in informing them the error still exists and now I have had to deplete my current account to prevent needless waste via interest of
