Perhaps someone here could advise me?
I've been using the Ikobo credit card service for many months and regularly send money overseas, usually about 200 us dollars at a time.
Two weeks ago, although the recipient account was credited, the money just can't be withdrawn. I've asked Ikobo to investigate the possibility of a technical malfunction or a possible breach of security.
Total silence from them on this matter, they suspended my account and then re-opened it when I made a further complaint but the question of the missing money is still unanswered.
I got a reaction out of them a month or so ago when a card failed to be delivered and I contacted the US Better Business Bureau (Why haven't we got anything so effective).
My suspicion is that as they won't offer any explanation, they certainly haven't suggested a refund, the security breach scenario is more likely and they're trying to keep it under wraps.
Is there any way that I could make my complaint direct to the visa processing company, I wonder?
