Anyone have any experience of them?

I applied last week - I got sent a confirmation of acceptance on Fridat (credit agreement etc - didnt say what my credit limit would be which was slightly annoying..) - which I sent back on Monday, I havent heard anything back since...even tho its only been 5 or so days I guess...

Anyone have any experience of their Online facilities and Customer Services?

I like them and would put both customer service and on-line facilities near the top. You can set up email alerts that tell you when your payment has been received or that it hasn't. When you phone them you are not on the phone long before they answer and they are very knowledgeable, well that is my experience with them.

Don't think there products are as competitive anymore, they are more middle of the road. I use them for 2k a year which you get 1% cashback, then i put the card away till the next year.

They are not OTT on their security and to log into your account you enter your credit card number and your password. I detest having to remember a very long unique username, then a password, then either a place or a date or whatever else they decide to make up. You can't remember all that crap for each account so you end up writing it all down.
