NatWest One account

I'm considering switching my mortgage to the Natwest one account.

Apart from the fact that they can't do the calculations correctly - the amount saved is incorrect, and the savings interest rates are contradictory - see here

are they better at managing your money, and has anyone had any bad experiences with them?
