hi all, I amconsidering changing mortgage to the "One Accont". I have done a google of this group, and discovered no recent postings about it. wondering if anyone can point me to a forum of users? I am trying to get a broad opinion to see if it is a good thing. thanks, Robert

Various schools of thought posted here previously; Yes because its very tax efficient No because you can get a better deal going for cheap mortgages and changing every couple of years No because you'll go mad and spend lots of money
FWIW there are several variations of One, the general term is 'offset mortgage' I think. When I looked for one (I fall into camp 1) a few years ago, One had a higher rate than other similar setups.
Nothing of significance has changed, so they're still valid.

thanks for feedback all. I think that I will proceed.
