I have a number of shares in one company - current value about seven thousand pounds.
I do not trade regularly - but I want an on-line service in case I want to quickly buy or sell at some time in the future.
I am currently with Barclays Stockholders - they charge an inactivity fee of 14 pounds a quarter.
Can anyone recommend an alternative with no inactivity fee and reasonable rates on trading?
IMIweb, or Hargreaves Lansdowne. Never deal with a bank if you can help it, other than just a current account.
