It seems people holding with profits policies with the Pru on 14 March this year could be in line for an offer of a payout, in return for giving up their rights to a share of the inherited estate. Seems it all depends on what a newly appointed policyholder advocate negotiates as a deal.

Apparently the value in the pot that may be redistributed is 9Bn.
Do any of you folks have any idea when the inherited estate would be shared out if you did not take up the offer?
