we are fed up with nat west opening our veins on a regular basis, has any small buisness owner got an bank they are satisfied with for charges etc and a small working overdraft ?

Abbey National are great for me. No charges

Yes, they are ideal for a small business with a limited number of transactions per month. I think the limit is something of the order of

30 to 40 per month to keep banking free. They also pay interest on the balance in the account.

I'm not sure how they fare on the 'working overdraft' front or where you have a lot of transactions. However for me they have been ideal, I used to be with Flemings Bank which became Cater Allen and then started charging a monthly fee so I looked for an alternative and have been with Abbey national Business ever since.

Their Internet Banking is OK and works with mozilla under Linux so is probably OK with most browsers.
