The company for whom I work has chosen WW as the administrators of the money purchase pension scheme. They have had this role for a number of years.
In all my dealings with them they have left much to be desired. In particular when one queries what is happening with a query - they will quote that they have a ten day turnaround time - as if this is something which them must always be achieved and a shorter time would be unacceptable!!
I wonder if it is just my bad luck, just my company's section in WW who are not very good or are there more endemic problems?
