MBNA have written to tell me that I am entitled to an exclusive Xmas thankyou because I am a valued customer.
This exclusive thank you comes in the form of a certificate that entitles me to buy a piece of jewellery for £19.97.

All I got from MBNA was a statement!

I got a letter saying that every time I use my card in December I'm being entered in a prize draw ! I can hardly contain my excitement.....
