The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of all Executive reporting, Investment Committee proposals, consolidating the Unisource WorldWide Budget and Forecast, and ad-hoc requests from senior management. Position requires excellent data skills (MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint) and solid communication skills. Financial Analyst position is expected to work under mid-level supervision.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of monthly Executive Committee reviews, quarterly Board of Director presentations, and other ad-hoc presentation requests.
Analyze consolidating entity, SBU, product, customer, and sales rep profitability.
Assist in preparation and analysis of capital expenditure proposals for monthly Investment Committee reviews.
Assist in preparation of all materials and analysis related to consolidating the annual Budget and all Forecast updates
Perform competitor and industry analysis and other ad-hoc analysis as required
Performs other related duties as required
Work Experience/Skills and Desired Qualifications/Education
3+ years of related work experienceFinance and/or Accounting background mandatory
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
Strong communication skills required
Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) required
MBA preferred
