Hi,

Essentially what I am looking for is a PDF or similar that details the COSO and/or COBIT frameworks. If you only have one, that is just fine. I need to brush up on COSO and COBIT, but every reference I can find on the net requires payment. I would really appreciate it.

Internal Control - Integrated Framework (for COSO)

and

Audit Guidelines (for Cobit)
