Become a senior member of the accounting team responsible for revenue recognition. The successful candidate will be an assertive decision maker prepared to thrive within international teams as a leader. Requirements include four to eight years of experience; including experience with revenue recognition SOP 97-2, 81-1 SAB 101, 104; revenue and receivables metrics; segment reporting; reconciliations of key accounts; deferred revenue and unbilled revenue. The ideal candidate will also have public accounting experience. Additional responsibilities will include preparing revenue recognition checklists, reviewing work orders & MSA for revenue recognition problem areas, writing white papers stating company positions for disposition of revenue recognition issues, and fixed price accounting. The Senior Accountant will also co-ordinate closely with the billing collections functions.
