Correcting drop-down list typos?

We recently upgraded from PPA 2004 to PPAN 2006. This is too recent to have much experience with the new version, but I very much appreciate some of the user interace improvements that speed up data entry.

One of these is the automatic drop-down list for various fields, based on the actual data in your files.

Unfortunately, there are some typos in this data (vendor's city name, e.g.), so the drop-down list has the same errors. I found the vendor with the misspelled city name and corrected it, but the wrong version is still in the drop-down list.

Anybody know how to remove the bad entry, or reset the list to the current data?

TIA!
