I am troubleshooting a problem with Peachtree 2005 on a Windows XP system. The user can create new reports, and the system seems to allow her to modify a report she has created, but when she retrieves a modified report, none of her changes have been saved. She has full permission to \Program Files\Peachtree on her workstation.
TIA for any suggestions you might have about how to fix this.

Any chance she is somehow saving the changed version to a different place, and Peachtree keeps loading it from the original location?
I haven't run into users doing this in Peachtree, but it happens with other programs all the time.
