Modifying default information on a Quote form?

I am new to PT and we are using Peachtree 2006 for Manufacturing. When I create a quote and print it all of this information prints on the bottom left side of the quote which who ever set our PT up customize because it is our shipping information and such. What I need to know is how do I go into this form/template and change this information?

Hi Sarah -

Click on Reports | Accounts Receivable. Scroll to the bottom of the list of reports and double-click on the Customer Quotes folder. Click on the quote form you want to change, and click the Design button . . .
