On Monday, Intuit will announce that QuickBooks Simple Start Edition 2008 will be available free. The previous version of the software cost U.S.$99.95.
This will kick off a major marketing campaign "Just Start," which features a $50,000 grand prize to help someone start a business. The software can be downloaded free at
