Automatic E-mailing Sales Reports

Is there a way to configure headquarters manager installed on Windows Server



2008 to automatically E-mail a sales report every few hours or so? I would like to be able to receive updates on my blackberry on my BES server when I am away from the office.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
