A customer is getting a custom bike build. They paid, in-full, which we entered as a deposit to keep the workorder open in case of changes. The customer decided to cancel one item. We'd like to remove the item from the workorder, but not issue a refund on her credit card - just keep a credit on file in case she adds something to the order.
Can you save a workorder with a negative balance (credit) due?
