I'm trying to config the Check Store function which is available through SO Admin Config - HQ Client settings. Do I enter the HQ Server's IP or the store's HQ Client's IP?

I have entered the IP of the machine hosting the HQ Client, but when I go into POS and look up the item I do not see a Check Store button which I can press on. Any help?
