We use the workorders alot but when we first started out we were deleting items off the workorder that we were not going to send rather than zeroing them out. These removed items seemed to have held their 'committed' quantites and now that the workorder is completed how do we get rid of those committed items. Can I just go into store ops and manually put the committed to zero? We also use HQ . Thanks for the help.
