I will get a completed with warnings error on some large 250's, but when I try to investigate the problem, I can't find any information on the error. I've looked in the event log for HQ, System, and SQL. Nothing. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I had this problem, and had to look in the STORE log to find the problem. Usually it was that a new supplier hadn't been sent down to the store, or a tax, or somesuch. Just go to View -> Event Log and choose the store where the problem occurred. You may have to scroll up a bit to find the warnings.
