Hi, I was wondering if someone knows how to create a "service" order for a retailer rather a regular work order. the case is that the retailer is filing service or warranty orders for its customers with suppliers. the retailer is not charging for it but needs a tool that keeps track of service tickets with customers and suppliers in RMS
if you have any suggestions, I'd be grateful.
