When I go into utility > crystal report> reg analy..instead of getting a report I get an error message " Cannot open SQL server".. this is the only time I get that message. Other functions in mgr seem to work fine..???

I was told by our RMS reseller that some of the Crystal Reports can only be run on the actual server machine due to licensing issues. Big bummer, I know.
