Hi RMS crystal experts,

I have customised reports, it's working fine in my development pc, but when running at client site got message "Can't connect SQL server". Any ideas? or I missed something.

Has anyone been able to get a Crystal Report with a sub report to run without having Crystal reports installed on the machine? This is the only way I have found around this. I have several custom reports that I have sub reports that will run on my machine, but not on any other without Crystal Reports.

Thanks

Removing the subreport fixes the problem. And i like to share my other testing, if the subreport is not removed, run the report on another PC other than the developing one, the report works if both PC are on the network (my one is workgroup); but doesn't work if it's disconnected.

Looking to get the Reg Analy to work like a consolidated Z Report.

I have made changes to the Orignal Report and have been using for 2 years and have made changes to The time clock report to meet my needs.

Would appreciate any help from someone that understands Crystal Reports 8.5 and RMS to help me out.

Thanks Ralph

So can crystal reports run with subreports?

What if you have Crystal Reports 8.5 installed on computers running report.

Same problem here.

Running the report from within RMS, from my understanding subreports are not supported. You can run the report from with in CR and your subreport will work.
