I am getting the same error message. What I have is a bad daily batch I can't shake. Every time I open the software, i get SERVER FAILURE 131: UNABLE TO READ CURRENT BATCH. I tried using register 2 to open the Manager and it gives the same error!
We only do sales on register 1. We've only had it open for one day and got this error after closing out our sales yesterday.
