Hi, I use the Store Manager function Journal/update batch info to enter my opening and closing amounts. When I select either Enter Opening.... or Enter Closing..... I get the following error: Server Failure 131 - A server failure occured while attempting to read the current batch.
I can press OK and continue.
Does anyone have an idea of what may be the cause of this?
