Dear all, I have installed several Ingenic i6770 units to use them with RMS 2.0 for signature capturing. for the first 5 days there was no problem. But yesterday on all the registers (randomly) a different signature comes on the screen before the customer signs the pad. has anyone experienced the same issue? do you have any idea?

Dear all, it is my pleasure to reply my own post. After several phone calls and emails back and forth with microsoft and ingenico, we found out that the version of the driver may cause the problem. Ingenico sent me (suggested me to use) version v2.40 (2.50 is the latest). We are @ "observation" level. wait and see... if it fixes the problem or not.
