We have the Id-Tech uSign 200 Signature Capture Pad, serial connection, setup with RMS 2.0 for over a year now running the Usign OPOS Driver V2.00 on
2 registers. Many times when they do a CC transaction the customer is not prompted to sign the signature capture pad and the transaction completes itself without taking digital signature. They are processing with Mercury and they are not setup to not accept signature for transactions below a certain dollar amount.I'm wondering if anyone else is having their clients use this device and if they have experienced and resolved this issue.
