Hello, I am trying to run a demo of the RMS 1.3 while I am waiting for my demo of RMS 2.0. I have set up the demo DB and I am trying to launch the SO Manager. The error I am receiving is "Server Failure 138 : A server fialure hase occured while attempting to read the receipt"
All the paths have been verified and are correct and all paths are local.
Any and all help is appreciated.
Not sure how it happened in your case, but something in the database is pointing to an invalid record.
Try reindexing you database in SO Administrator: File/Connect - log in to your DB Database/Reindex
Try opening Manager again.
If you still get that error, make sure you are set to Register 1 in SO Administrator (file/Configuration, Register Tab)
If that doesn't work, try creating a new sample database and connecting to that...
