OK, now is it not only refunds, but regular transactions also. You process the transaction, get the error below, the receipt does not print or journal, and then when you log back in, the RMS program crashes. What in the hell is going on!!!
Someone please give me some insight here....
Also, is there a way to get those receipts that did not journal the first time to print again?
