Need Help!!

OK, now is it not only refunds, but regular transactions also. You process the transaction, get the error below, the receipt does not print or journal, and then when you log back in, the RMS program crashes. What in the hell is going on!!!

Someone please give me some insight here....

Also, is there a way to get those receipts that did not journal the first time to print again?

Nick,

Your hard disk space might be full. You need to increase harddisk space. Delete unwanted files. Also - Did you change a tender type recently ? Is the receipt selected to be journaled ? Try to do a Z report at the register and log in again. Also make sure you select the journalize receipt option in register > printer.

It is 5 registers running on off of SQL Server on a dedicated server with

100gig of free space. No new tender types Yes, it is set to be journaled. This only happens intermittently Register gets a z report every night The option to Journal receipts is selected.
