I have a customer that is running RMS 1.3 and they have 4 stations but only 1 dongle. They say that they have successfully run 4 POS stations with 1 dongle. Is that possible?

Yes, if their license for 1.3 was for 4 POS stations then they would have 1 dongle for the 4 stations. The station that has the dongle attached to it has to be started first, before the other POS stations. For 2.0 MS got rid of the dongle, and each POS station has to have its own activation code.
