We have a problem when tendering a gift card sale. When tendering the pos has you swipe the credit card first then the gift card. If you have to leave the tender screen for any reason after swiping the credit car but before the gift card, when you go back to the tender screen the pos promts for a form of payment again. The customer is now charged twice for the 1 gift card. A posssible solution would be for the POS to prompt to swipe gift card first, then the credit card. I just don't know how to implement this.
