Could someone describe to me how to set up credit card transactions using Heartland? A vendor that is not 'Citibank Credit/Debit Card Processing, ICVerify, PC-Charge' I am new to this field and any assistance is appreciated.

Heartland works with the built-in RMS interface. Ask them to set you up with Vital as the processor, go into SO Admin and select Citibank as the processor, fill in the info that Heartland gives you. Z each machine, and go for it.
I would suggest that you get the latest version of RMS. Service Pack 3 changes some names and adds some extra fields for debit cards. Download it from CustomerSource.
