I give our staff a discount on everything in the store (basically cost price plus a tad). All the staff have accounts. When we started out (only 2 staff) it was easy but now with 35 staff its taking an increasing amount of time to do these discounts. I could just set the discount in their accounts to eg.25% but the problem is the items in our store range from low margin to high margin eg. some lines the GP% would be 5 but on others 50-60%. Is there anyway that I can give them items on their account at cost plus 5%?
