Error 7: Out of Memory

Hi,

Is there anyone here who have experience error 7: out of memory while processing WS 401 ?

My current RMS 2.0115 both in HQ and Store.

This error has occured only in 1 shop out of 50 stores.

I have tried the ff: steps to try ressolved the issued but it didn't work:

1) reindex the data 2) run the db check {all data is ok!} 3) update fix patch for SP3 4) restart both machine , HQ server and store.

Let me know if you other ideas I could try to.

This happens only in WS 401. All the rest are being process.

Did you ever find a resolution to your problem? I'm having a similar error while processing a 401 WS for one of my stores. I'd appreciate any info on how you were able to solve your problem.

Hi Ted,

[Please make sure to back up the store data before trying this process]

In POS database, we have tried copying the journal table into a new table then truncate it.

Then reconnect the shop. WS401 was succesfully process.

Only problem is, you will not have the historical journal from shop.

We tried copying back the data from the new table , but since it has a timestamp doesn't allow to update it.

Anyway , the problem got sorted out.
