We have created many items in HQ, after we do synchronization with the Store we can see some of the Items Extended Description has been truncated to 30-35 Characters in Store and HQ. How can we solve this problem?

Thanks Mr. Akber,

I find out the problem. It happened while we export the items from Excel to RMS database.
