Gift Registry Experience?

Question

Does anyone have any actual experience implementing a gift registry add-on? I know New West has a wireless "Work Order" solution and Orlando Business Solutions has a module. Just wondered if anyone has actually installed a package and what your experience is. And also your thoughts of batch v. wireless. Thanks for your time and knowledge.
