Hotfixes and Worksheet

  1. I am using 1.3.1002, finally i have got hotfix 1006 and 1007. I could not have 1009. but i neet to ask Do i have to run all hotfixes or the latest one is enough ?


  1. I had two worksheets, their style are 305. Worksheets number were 1013 and 1068 for example. The two worksheets were have the same item, the price was 1$ in one of them and 1.25$ for the other worksheet and the effective date were the same time. The system has applied the worksheet 1068 first then 1013. My correct price was in worksheet 1068. what was the problem ?

1) For Hotfixes, just apply the last one. If you had not yet installed 1.3R1, you would need to do that first. Some Service packs have needed to be installed before later hotfixes would work. In your case, just the last one will be fine. Before you do that, search the group. Jeff has posted warnings about one of the hotfixes introducing a nasty bug - I think it may have been 1006, but I'm not possitive.

2)The only thing I can think of would be that 1068 had the same DATE as

1013, but a different TIME. Otherwise, I would also have expected 1013 to sort as earlier. To reapply 1068, use the Admin/Worksheets menu item and copy it.
