I am ready to switch us over from QS2000. i have noticed that RMS gets errors on occasion and just quits...
question: is version 1.3.1002 stable or are we going to have to upgrade? if so, where do you purchase the upgrade?

1.3.1002 has known issues so you would have to install the latest hotfix or at least to .1005 I believe. If you still have to purchase the software you will get 2.0 and then you will want to install the latest hotfix for it. Contact a reseller to buy. I'm sure if you ask you will get a lot of contacts on this NG. Craig

You might as well get the latest hotfix and for 1.3 it's 1.3.10010 . The hot fix number for this is KB925250 . You will need to contact MS support and open an incident to get the hotfix. As long as your on a maintenance plan it's free. If you pay the penalty(38% of retail I believe) you will get access to all the latest hotfixes and upgrades, including 2.0 You will need to contact a partner to buy. Craig
