how to cancel or void a backorder

hi Kskinee, There is already option to recall the back order, just recall it and then delete the all line items. You are right the voiding facility is not there but deletion of item is there which may satisfy your needs.

We created a backorder for a customer, and now it turns out that we will not be able to order the backordered item for them, and have refunded their money. However it doesn't appear that we can recall the backordered transaction, to void it, and we have never had this situation come up before. What is the best way to cancel a backorder in RMS?
