We need to totally disable the Item Lookup Window.
We have set security so "F2" is disable (and it works) but when the Cashier enter a non-inventory ItemLookupCode, the POS will open up the Item Lookup Window anyways. We need to disable this feature. We want to not see this window and make them call in the supervisor when an Item is not located.
Whats the proper way to disable the Item Lookup Window even if Non-Inventory is entered?
