HQ and RMS can't set primary Cashier or Salesperson

Since we upgraded to RMS 2.0 and added HQ

In RMS 1.3 we could assign and change Primary Cashier or Sales person on Customer accounts.

NOW, We do not have a drop down list button on our customer accounts to set a primary Salesperson or Cashier.

Is there a option to check to be able to have the drop down list appear on the Customer account?

Or can it be set with a worksheet in HQ?

It explains why I can't edit them. It does not explain why they can't be used.

If the Primary salesperson established the account some companies may still want to attribute the customers sales to the salesperson no matter where they buy their products, also if the Primary salesperson is a National Accounts Manager they could have several Chain Store sub-accounts in several sales areas.

What do you do if you have a Primary set and the customer was converted to global in preparation for adding HQ?

How can You remove or USE the previous Primary Salesperson settings.

Are there any plans to make primary sales person a Global property?

If these properties are set with SQL are they still useable in POS?

Is there a document outling the funtions lost when upgrading to RMS 2.0 and/or Adding HQ to RMS 2.0.

Our certified partner (Positive Tech) did not advise us on this lost funtion.
